The Introduction of Sino-American Silicon Products Inc.(SAS) Group
Sino-American Silicon Products Inc.(SAS) was established in Hsinchu Science and Industrial Park in 1981 and has two major business groups – the semiconductor business group and the solar energy business group.
After the semiconductor business group was separated into Global Wafer Co., Ltd. in October 2011, SAS has focused on the field of solar energy, extending its tentacles from solar cells and modules to photovoltaic field and engaged in maintenance and operation management, becoming the most vertically integrated company in Taiwan.

Xuxing Co., Ltd. was established with 100% investment from the parent company, Sino-US Silicon Products Co., Ltd.
• 2021/April：Xuxing Co., Ltd. was officially established• 2022/October：Xuxing obtained the approval from the the Ministry of Economic Affairs
• 2023/January：Xuxing begins to switch to solar renewable energy
"Xuxing Co., Ltd." was officially established
